PART TIME/OCCASIONAL PASTRY CHEF (WITH A FOCUS ON CAKES) NEEDED!

Forest House Lodge is a premier, all-inclusive wedding venue nestled in the foothills of the Sierra’s. Our success has been phenomenal over the past 22 years, and 2024 proves no different. We are currently looking for a part time/occasional pastry chef.

Pastry Chef

Responsible for baking and decorating each day's wedding cake and/or making the requested desserts for the day.

Must be able to work with buttercream and fondant

Previous wedding cake experience required

We are looking for a fill in person for our pastry chef (owner) when she is away. It will likely be one weekend a monthbut may include some Thursdays and Fridays as well.
