Kitchen Staff / Helper

We are looking for a reliable full-time kitchen staff / helper for our Hawaiian Poke restaurant. A good candidate must have a passion in the food & beverage industry. He / she must be very organized and detail oriented. Must have experience working & handling raw fish preferably a background from a sushi restaurant. Daily prepping of bases (rice & salads), toppings and proteins (e.g. tuna, salmon, shrimp, scallop, etc). Must maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area including daily wiping, sweeping and mopping of the kitchen floor. Daily light washing, rinsing and sanitizing of pots, pans, and other kitchen wares. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, stand for long periods, and do some heavy lifting.
