Pizza Guys is looking for applicants in the Sacramento area that possess the strive to succeed, the ability to create a fun atmosphere for team members and customers, and the capability to build a strong, motivated team to serve our customers with top notch service.
Duties include:
● Complete and review accounting worksheets and inventory to ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting and compliance with company rules.
● Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
● Make daily sales deposit.
● Review payroll and personnel documentation to ensure information is accurate and state and federal laws are being followed.
● Adhere to safety standards and abide by standards of company operations.
● Assumes duties of any hourly associate position as necessary
● Serve each customer courteously, quickly, and efficiently with an enthusiastic attitude.
● Recruit, hire, train and retain high-quality team members according to company guidelines and create a culture where team members feel respected.
● Shifts to include nights and weekends.
● Work with Franchise Field Rep to establish, measure, achieve and report on profitability and sales targets.
● Work with Franchise Field Rep to establish, measure, achieve and report on targeted service metrics.
● Ensure prompt and positive resolution to all customer comments (good or bad).
● Ensure excellent food quality through training and policy.
● Initiate process improvement initiatives to preemptively improve service, quality and food safety.
● Maintain a healthy, growing relationship with team members.
● Promote a fun working environment by designing and implementing monthly contests for Team Members.
● Ensure image and identity standards are upheld at store level.
● Keep team members up to date on new company initiatives, strategy, and product offerings.
● Ensure timely resolution of all requests from Team Members and Corporate staff.
Skills Required:
Strong leadership skills to motivate, train and develop team members.
1+ years of supervisory experience in the fast-food industry
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Effectively makes decisions and resolves problems.
