Oversee multiple scrum masters, lead scrum of scrums, and ensure effective implementation of agile methodologies
Demonstrate leadership by example, setting high standards for performance, accountability, and collaboration
Assist Scrum Masters to Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget by assisting Scrum Masters in managing timelines and dependencies
Facilitate meetings, produce detailed minutes, and follow up on action items
Engage with key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and address escalations
Collaborate with global teams across Americas, EMIA, and APAC
Manage projects to enhance capabilities and other digital marketing initiatives
What You'll DoRequired:
Advanced degree in a related Business discipline and / or Management Information Systems
7-10 years in project management, with a focus on digital sales and marketing projects
Agile/Scrum/SAFe certification
Strong expertise with JIRA
An understanding / appreciation of current Digital trends in business and technology
Experience working with global teams and managing cross-regional projects
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
