Plans develops organizes and implements the administrative functions and evaluates the performance to improve the efficiency of healthcare administrative services.
Provides analysis of budgets project proposals and trends in multiple healthcare administration areas.
Participates in development of administrative policies and procedures tactical plans and programs for the healthcare facility.
Provides effective solutions to healthcare administrative challenges.

QualificationsEducation and Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience
Registered Nursing License (RN) in state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA), other credentials or credential modules may be required.
Preferred:
Experience in Cardiac ICU within an acute care setting.
