Senior Business Systems AnalystEstrada Consulting, Inc. (ECI) is currently seeking two Senior Business Systems Analysts for a client project located in Sacramento, CA.The BSA Consultants will be part of a team project for the following:

Designing and implementing a cloud infrastructure landing zone for the migration of Client applications to Microsoft Azure.
Performing and assisting with Windows server management within an Azure environment.
Performing and assisting with Microsoft DevOps management within an Azure environment.
Development and maintenance of Microsoft SQL database(s) within an Azure environment.
Development and maintenance of solutions utilizing Microsoft .NET and Microsoft IIS technologies.
Support to the design, development, and implementation of low-code/no-code solutions within an Azure environment.

Term of project will be 12-24 months.

Location: Sacramento, CA. It is preferred for the team to live and work in Sacramento, CA but remote work may be approved at the discretion of the end-client.

Rate: pay rate will depend on candidate’s experience, education, and tax filing status of the contractor whether W2 hourly or has its own established corporation for C2C monthly invoicing. This PayScale ranges from $50-80 per hour. Will be discussed further with the candidate.

Consultant Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities:

Eliciting, documenting, analyzing, communicating, and verifying requirements.
Acting as liaison between business stakeholders, such as management, customers or end users, and the software development or information technology team.
Analyzing and communicating stakeholder needs by translating business requirements into solution requirements.
Using business modeling, testing and data models to improve the flow of information through an organization to enhance project success.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and identifying areas for process improvement.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing reports as required.
Updating, and maintaining procedures and process documentation.
Monitoring analysis deliverables and ensuring timely completion and delivery of project artifacts

Minimum Mandatory Qualifications:

Consultants must have at least 10-years working directly on Information Technology projects with the following specific experiences:1) Minimum of two (2) years of experience eliciting, documenting, analyzing, communicating, and verifying requirements.2) Minimum of two (2) years of experience acting as liaison between business stakeholders, such as management, customers or end users, and the software development or information technology team.3) Minimum of two (2) years of experience analyzing and communicating stakeholder needs by translating business requirements into solution requirements.4) Minimum of three (3) years of experience using business modeling, testing and data models to improve the flow of information through an organization to enhance project success.5) Minimum of one (1) year of experience evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and identifying areas for process improvement.6) Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.7) Minimum of two (2) years of experience gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing ad hoc reports as required.8) Minimum of two (2) years of experience updating and maintaining procedures and process documentation.9) Minimum of two (2) years of experience monitoring analysis deliverables and ensuring timely completion and delivery of project artifacts.

Additional Desirable Qualifications:1)Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree. Additional business analysis experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Where experience is substituted for education, documented evidence of that experience must be provided with the proposal response.2) Minimum of two (2) years of experience working on information technology (IT) projects in support of governmental agencies.3) Possession of current certification in business analysis (i.e. CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, CPRE, or other equivalent industry certification).4) Minimum of one (1) year of experience working on IT projects where Microsoft Power Platform was utilized.Respondent must provide copies of certifications listed above with proposal response Candidate will be required to provide an updated resume that reflects the minimum qualifications and any desired qualifications, any degree copy, certification copy, completed skill matrix, and three complete client references from previous projects related to the tasks and deliverables.
