What You Will Do

As an Activities Assistant, you will implement individual and group activities based on the needs and interest of the residents.

Key Responsibilities

Escort residents to scheduled day, evening and weekend activities within the facility and outings.

Assist residents during activities

Attend and assist residents on outings

Implement plan of care in relation to activities as appropriate to the level of living

Document and manage “Activity Daily Sheets” for activity participation

Participate in the organizing and scheduling of community events

Other duties as assigned

What You Will Need

High school diploma or GED

1-2 years of experience working with the elderly

Current unrestricted driver’s license in the state of California.

Critical thinking, team player. Self Starter.

Have experience with Dementia and Alzheimer residents.

Experience with Caremerge and IN2L Systems.

Hiring 2 full time assistants.
