Looking for a Rockstar GM w experience to run the daily ops: Somadome

I am looking for a unicorn. Maybe it's not reasonable

The company is growing and it is a very exciting time.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone super ambitious, smart, and detail-oriented.

You must be a self-starter and very entrepreneurial and able to wear multiple hats and move quickly and be very focused.

I live in Carmichael so ideally I am hoping to find this person in the Sacramento area so we can connect in person at least a couple times a week, though work would mainly be remote.

I run Somadome, which is the company I started.

We are bringing a sanctuary of wellness and peace to the world and it is changing people's lives.

We are now starting to scale pretty rapidly, and I need someone with a very strong business / even executive admin and management background ideally, to help run the day to day of the company so I can focus on building it.

This person would be my partner / right hand in the daily operations. You will also have a 'right hand' to do the admin which you will manage and work mainly with me to ensure the daily flow of business needs from admin to sales to servicing to onboarding and logistics is all flowing as it should be.

Daily Operations Manager

Oversight of all day to day operations of dome flow: project management / CRM oversight; managing sales cycle from inbound sales flow to closing to shipping to inventory oversight to installation to account setup to ongoing marketing and dome community and any ongoing support

Oversight of team managing daily admin and servicing and sales and inventory management and money flow / working with admin lead as right hand.

Oversight of various contractors and high level project management.
