Immediate Opportunity: Full-Time Customer Service Representative at our Rocklin facility, 4680 Pacific Street, Rocklin, CA 95677. For the right candidate, this role offers a pathway to advance to Office Manager.

Your key responsibilities will include:

2- 3 years in a customer-facing role.

2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll (Preferred)

Scheduling appointments for estimate and repair appointments.

Oversee the vehicle drop-off process, securing necessary customer authorizations for repairs.

Effectively multitask and navigate through various databases such as CCC1, Nexsyis, Outlook, Excel, and Arms, maintaining high levels of efficiency.

Carry out other administrative and clerical tasks as delegated.

Skills/Requirements:

Fluent in reading and understanding English.

Minimum age requirement of 18 years.

Possession of a valid driver's license.

Proficient in managing multiple tasks and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Strong communication skills for effective interaction.

Maintains a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times.
