The Electronic Maintenance Technician Performs assigned maintenance tasks on Semiconductor Manufacturing and/or Wafer Sort equipment in support of a production group.  Primary and secondary areas of responsibility may include Implant, Sputter, Dry Etch, Masking, CVD, Diffusion, Wet Etch, CMP, and/or Wafer SortResponsibilitiesPerform electrical, mechanical, and vacuum system troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance on complex semiconductor manufacturing and/or Wafer Sort equipment.Troubleshoot and repair assigned equipment to component level using standard test equipment and hand tools.Perform machine set-ups and running adjustment.Interface with production, engineering, and other support groups for priorities and equipment status.Perform quality workmanship and adhere to quality maintenance procedures/directives.Interface with machine software applications and utilize for troubleshooting and PM activities.Performs housekeeping tasks within the maintenance area and maintains a safe working environment.Participate in Emergency Response Team certification training.Adheres to the protocols of working in a cleanroom environment, such as gowning, wafer handling, and other cleanroom standards.Good communication and record-keeping skills.
