Description Customer Service Technician: Be the AV Hero for Our Clients!Do you thrive on helping others and have a knack for technology? Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction? If so, join our team as a Client Services Technician and become the go-to person for all things AV!In this role, you'll be:

A customer champion: Providing technical support via phone, guiding clients through troubleshooting, and offering training on our proprietary software.

A proactive problem solver: Monitoring client needs, identifying potential issues, and working with our AV technicians to ensure smooth operation.

A collaborative teammate: Supporting installation teams and collaborating with sales and management to deliver seamless client experiences.

A tech-savvy individual: Possessing a strong understanding of audio-visual equipment, including DJ booths, mixing desks, video systems, and basic wiring principles.

A data-driven professional: Maintaining accurate client information within our CRM system and using data to identify areas for improvement.

An innovative thinker: Sharing ideas and proposing solutions to enhance our technical support systems and client experience.

We're looking for someone who:

Has 2+ years of experience providing technical support via phone.

Possesses strong computer and audio-visual knowledge, particularly Windows-based systems and networking.

Demonstrates excellent project management skills and a keen eye for detail.

Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, and thrives in interpersonal interactions.

Is a team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to a positive work environment.

Possesses a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
