Receptionist/Front Office Secretary

This is a full time position for a busy HVAC company in Redding.

The job includes:

Answering and screening phone calls from multiple lines

Data Entry

Filing

Assisting the front office.

Must be proficient in customer service skills, answering multiple phone lines, typing and multi-tasking.
