QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years experience:

Drafting construction drawings. Electrical and/or mechanical experience a plus (power distributions/lighting plans, HVAC/plumbing plans, riser diagrams, one-lines, schedules, etc.)

Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, MS Excel and Word

OTHER:

Ability to quickly learn varying procedures, processes, and systems

Organizational and problem-solving skills

Proficient in written and oral communications

Ability to handle multiple assignments

Goal oriented with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Possessing the desire, motivation, and ability to exceed the firm’s and clients’ expectations

Willing and dedicated toward continued professional growth

SALARY:

Competitive salary $24 - $32 per hour, based on experience.
