Reporting to the CFO, you will work with partners across the finance and leadership teams to plan the business and allocate budget and resources to the company's strategic initiatives and provide detailed monthly reports and analysis. Responsibilities: Manage the budget and provide oversight on financial management with discpline and controls
Establish key business metrics and KPIs to measure performance of the business, while proactively highlighting areas of risks and opportunity
Partner with broader FP&A, Accounting teams to support company-wide financial modeling, monthly close, reporting, and ad-hoc projects
Manage FP&A responsibilities for both the topline and expense across the P&L
Analyze financial and business performance against key business metrics and identify pertinent financial highlights, enabling understanding of progress against business plans
Conduct Financial analysis and modeling
Prepare policy and procedures to support accounting functions
Prepare meaningful analysis regarding business performance
Identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and collaborate across all levels
Prepare daily operational and forecast report such as cash report
Develop and expand your own skill set in an environment where learning and development are encouraged
Qualifications: 8-12 years of relevant finance experience, including experience in finance & strategy in a corporate environment
Working knowledge of GAAP to facilitate understanding of forecast and budget results
Exceptional business acumen and proven success in driving significant process implementations and improvements
Ability to convert financial and accounting data into business information
Advanced excel skills including strong data manipulation skills
Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., NetSuite preferred)
Ability to lead, influence and drive priorities at the business executive level as well as build relationships and collaborate across all levels of the company.
