Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description Robert Half is actively searching for Accounts Receivable Specialist applicants in the Palo Alto and the surrounding areas. This A/R role is in the Non-profit sector that is speculated to expand substantially over the coming years. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions

Posts revenues, receivables, and records from unpaid invoices

Resolves valid or authorized deduction, invalid or unauthorized deductions, and collections

Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential

Spearheads accounting and organization objectives

Requirements

3+ years' relevant experience

Preferably having exposure to a large ERP system (Oracle, SAP, JDE)

Worked with Big 4 (Deloitte, KPMG, Pricewaters, Ernst & Young)

Eagerness to learn and grow with the organization

Strong ability to multi-task and have superb time management
