Construction Foreman / Site Superintendent – Ground-Up Commercial Build

Hiring immediately for an on-site Foreman/Superintendent for a ground-up commercial construction project in Yucca Valley. This role works directly with the GC/Owner & requires someone dependable, organized & experienced.

Responsibilities:

Daily site supervision & coordination of trades

Maintain site safety, organization & cleanup

Track inspections, deliveries, materials & daily

logs

Verify layout, elevations & work sequencing

Communicate clearly with subcontractors & project manager

Help keep the project moving on schedule

Minimum Requirements (must meet all):

1. Valid driver’s license

2. Reliable truck (must be able to get to/from the site daily)

3. Local to Yucca Valley, Morongo Basin, Joshua Tree, or Twentynine Palms

4. Experience with ground-up construction (commercial or residential; must understand sequencing, foundations, framing, MEP rough-ins, etc.)

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time, on-site daily

Paid weekly
