Maintenance Person/Property Manager for Apartment Complex

Looking for experienced maintenance person to do light plumbing, drywall, electrical and painting. Also, occasionally show apartments to prospective tenants and send tenant applications to the management office. Hours can be flexible but generally looking for someone to work 6-8 hours per day.
