Property Management Firm Seeking Property Maintenance Technician

The position being offered will require prospective candidate to be one of the important representatives of our organization and fulfill the responsibilities as outlined as a Property Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities to include interacting with rental clientele, fulfilling property maintenance work orders issued to you, fielding property maintenance calls, scheduling property maintenance visits. Mileage tracking required. 3 years plus experience in the field of property maintenance is required. Must have reliable transportation and your own tools. We will assist in the purchase of specialized tools on an as-needed basis. Bi-lingual English/Spanish speakers is a plus but not a requirement. Please email us a copy of your CV/resume.
