CULTIVATION HEAD TECH
California, Palm springs, 92262 Palm springs USAGreen Dragon Cathedral City is looking for Cultivation Lead Grower to cultivate cannabis plants from clone to harvest. This role requires a passion for plants and the ability to work on assigned grow operations and projects. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Role Requirements:
Must be 21+
Monitor plant growth and health, and make adjustments as needed
Perform basic math calculations to measure and mix fertilizers and other plant nutrients
Operate and maintain mechanical equipment used in cannabis cultivation.
Use hand tools to prune, trim, and shape plants - Assist with heavy lifting and moving of plants and equipment.
Perform all the tasks in the grow including cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar feeding, trimming, waste disposal, inventory management and cleaning.
Knowledgeable of growing methods including micronutrients, beneficial bacteria, and nutrient implementation
Knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi, as well as plant treatment options.
Works in both wet humid, warm, or cold conditions.
Assist with facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary.

Green Dragon is a licensed indoor cultivation facility seeking a Facility Technician who can also serve as a Facility Supervisor. We're entering our 7th year of operation and looking for an individual who share our passion for excellence and high-quality cannabis production.
Job Description
We're seeking a competitive, team-oriented Facility Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, lead our Garden Associates, and assist the head grower/owner with implementation of cultivation strategies.
Our new hire will:
Oversee day-to-day indoor cultivation facility operations
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
Lead and manage our experienced Garden Associates team
Learn, enforce, and improve our existing Standard Operating Procedures
Create daily & weekly task lists and oversee their completion
Train new hires & develop skills of existing staff
Ensure quality and pace of work meets our standard
Oversee and implement an effective IPM program
Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions quickly
Stay abreast of industry trends, technology, and cultivation techniques
Pursue and make industry connections on behalf of the business
Maintain a positive work environment
Anticipate mistakes and prevent accidents
Work Requirements:
Candidates should have extensive experience in the following:
Experience in California-compliant indoor/greenhouse cannabis cultivation
Familiarity with HVAC systems, Netafim irrigation, lighting, and basic repairs—including an understanding of plumbing and electrical work.
Familiarity with Trolmaster, Growlink or other commercial ag systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills; including basic email and workplace apps, including Slack.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Knowledge of fertilizer programs, integrated pest management, and pesticide application
Commercial agriculture experience
Leadership
METRC experience (preferred)
Bi-lingual-Spanish (preferred)
We do not require candidates to have obtained a degree in higher learning. We are looking for individuals who have a strong history of achieving results in the above categories.
Physical Requirements
Applicants must be able to:
Lift and push/pull up to 50 lbs
Stand for 8+ hours/day
Compensation
$25-30/hour.
