Handyman/maintenance technician

Hi, everyone. I'm looking for a Handyman/ maintenance manager for our properties. Preferred someone that is local here to the area, living not too far from Desert Hot Springs or Joshua Tree areas.

Job requires:

Valid Driver's License

Reliable transportation/vehicle

General tools and equipment for construction and repairs

Prior construction/maintenance experience is required

Good communicator, & ability to work independently and efficiently.

Experiences with Electrical and plumbing works

HVAC Intro

Bathroom Upgrades / Remodel

Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking

Flooring Repair and Installation

Landscape work and gardening

Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

A willingness to help when needed is essential. This may include holidays sometimes

Benefit:

Paid daily at Competitive hourly wage of $25 per hour

20-30 hours weekly

Flexible working hours
