In-Home caregivers with RN experience

I am looking for in-home caregivers with nurse like experience that are empathetic, caring individuals eager to positively impact my life in a family oriented environment. I am a 55 year old quadriplegic male in need of some caregivers with nurse like experience. RN, CNA, HHA, LVN, and LPN, are all welcome to talk to me if interested. All shifts are needed, because I need 24-hour care. Live-in caregivers' are needed but the position is pending at this time. My needs are: provide companionship, hygiene, incontinence care, wound care with stage 3 {all stages} pressure sore {bed sore}experience, meal preparation, feeding, range of motion, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, medication reminders, Hoyer lift experience, assisting with turning and repositioning me {180 pounds, 5'7}, assisting me with chores in the house, and escorting with me, in my van, to appointments, church, and errands.

Qualification: reliable transportation, work independently and with a team, speak English well, work weekends, TB clearance.
