CLIENT MANAGER-ELECTRICAL PROJECTS and SERVICE

Electrical contractor seeks a Client Manager, electrical estimating experience a plus. Works in field and office. Strong electrical knowledge, service work and electrical design experience.

SCOPE:

Manage all aspects of assigned commercial/industrial electrical projects from commencement to completion.

Estimate assigned projects and change orders.

Read Blueprints, drawings, Submit RFI’s

Create Job Safety Analysis

Manage aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting.

Collaborate with prefabrication, design, and quality assurance departments.

Coach, support, and council the Project Leads

Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns.

Perform project startup and closeout procedures.

Conduct post-project reviews to determine areas for future improvement.

Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry.

Enforce and adhere to company and customer safety policies and quality processes.

Characteristics and Skills:

Reading and interpreting blueprints and plans.

Able to follow and carry out instructions

Able to work periodic weekend or night work when jobs necessitate.
