Skilled Tradesman Position

Required Experience:

-Demo, framing, and finish carpentry. Must know how to install interior pre hung doors, exterior doors, and new construction/retrofit windows.

Job duties may include, but not limited to:

-Picking up and delivering materials.

-Demo.

-Digging trenches and footings.

-Concrete.

-Framing.

-Light plumbing and electrical.

-Drywall.

-Tile.

-Doors/windows.

-Finish carpentry.

Mandatory Requirements:

-Must be a U.S. citizen.

-Reliable transportation (preferably a truck)/valid CA drivers license.

-Speak English.

-Must have basic hand/power tools.

-Must have a good attitude, be a team player, willing to learn and be able to take constructive criticism.

-Must be willing to grow and share their knowledge with fellow employees.

My name is Justin, I am owner/operator at Justonian Builders, Inc. We have built up a great team of subcontractors over the last 11 years that have enabled us to take on just about any project and/or challenge presented.
