STRUCTURAL CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN NEEDED - CONCRETE AND FRAMING

Hands on construction experience is required. You will be trained in our structural & geotechnical repair methods.

Once trained in our methods, you will be booked leads by our in-house lead qualification dept. You will go out multiple days each week to assess properties that are in need of structural or geotechnical repairs or upgrades.

You will be investigating, diagnosing and recommending solutions to the owner who is in need of some sort of structural repair or seismic upgrade. You will be responsible for providing bids for contracts of work, and hitting a quota of projects sold.

Bright and energetic, with excellent communication and people skills.

MUST BE PHYSICALLY ABLE TO FULLY INSPECT PROPERTIES INCLUDING UNDER-HOUSE CRAWL SPACES.

Must own your own vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
