SoCal Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our client’s properties. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Performing routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system checks, plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting,

and appliance servicing.

Responding promptly to maintenance requests from Project Manager and property management staff.

Conducting inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and address them proactively.

Performing preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of building systems and equipment.

Assisting with unit turnovers, including painting, trim carpentry, and other cosmetic repairs.

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels.

Upholding safety standards and regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
