Finish Carpenter Supervisor

We are a custom door manufacturer located in Huntington Beach, CA in need of an experienced professional who has worked on building and finishing (paint and stain) custom woodworking and who has experience at a supervisor or higher level. Experience specific to custom doors and door installation is preferred, but not required. This is a hands on production supervisor position - you will be both on the production floor building/finishing and overseeing a small team in regards to workflow, corrections, and scheduling.

Reliability and punctuality is required.

Experience with woodworking and finishing is required.

Attention to detail and quality focused mindset is required.

The position is ideally full time; however, part time is possible given the right skillset and experience.

Specific training will be provided; however, a general understanding of woodworking/finishing concepts is required.

Compensation:

Hourly Pay + Benefits (Hourly dependent on Full Time, Part Time, Experience, and Skills)

Part Time benefits vary depending on hours.
