Finish Carpenter - Annual salary $80K - $100K plus quarterly bonus

Journeyman Carpenter - Annual salary $55K - $65K plus quarterly bonus

Apprentice Carpenter - Annual salary $40K - $45K plus quarterly bonus

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in finish carpentry, with a portfolio that showcases your precision and skill.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and execute detailed woodworking projects.

Knowledge of the latest carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.

A commitment to quality and an appreciation for modern Nordic design aesthetics.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

Construct and finish high-quality sauna and cold plunge units, ensuring all products meet our standards for luxury and durability.

Work closely with our design team to bring creative visions to life.
