Job: LA & OC Sales & Distribution

Terms: Full Time
- Hourly: $20.00 + Commission

Benefits: PTO, Beer Benefits

Requirements: Available For Weeknight Events & Weekend Festivals. Valid CA Driver’s License with a Clean Driving Record.

Pfeiffer Brewing Company is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated sales person who loves beer and wants to pursue a career in the craft beer industry. We are a newish Orange County, CA based brewery with distribution in 3 states and growing. We are looking for candidates who can grow with us by demonstrating a high capacity to learn, adapt and take on new challenges. This is a great opportunity for a hard working individual to start, refine, and grow with the brewery. The ideal candidate would work their way into a managerial role after establishing a wide and successful sales/distribution base.

The primary role of this position is to expand and service new and current on & off-premise accounts across Los Angeles & Orange County. This includes: increasing distribution by opening new accounts, forecasting & following up on re-orders, and timely delivery of product. Accomplishing such feats requires an exceptional person who possesses a strong distribution background, including industry-related sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain a close working relationship with new and current accounts.

Ensure proper storage and rotation of stock on all Pfeiffer Brewing Company products. 


Educate and inform accounts on all limited/seasonal or new releases.

Develop and grow key customers in each territory and attain a relationship with said retailers to gain sales and distribution

Plan routes to ensure all accounts are regularly seen. 


Execute and develop a promotional calendar geared towards building sales and 
distribution 


Plan and execute promotional events with key retailers.

Ensure proper presentation and placement in all accounts.

Lay the foundation to streamline future strategic allocations 


Stay current with industry trends. 


QUALIFICATIONS

The qualified candidate currently resides in the greater LA/OC region.

Basic understanding and use of selling skills, public speaking skills, and the ability to 
express oneself in an articulate and professional manner.

This job requires an exceptional work ethic, passion for great beer, knowledge of breweries and beer styles, and the ability to grow Pfeiffer Brewing Company’s customer base. The focus of the job is to work with key retailers, with concentration on building and maintaining relationships with on and off premise accounts.
