Technical Sales Representatives

Looking for four (4) high energy, articulate, self-disciplined attention-to-detail and highly literate sales representatives that are not shy of heavy phone or video sales and prospecting (warm and cold calling) to tee up qualified leads for the company and assist in closing. If you are not on the phone, in a video meeting or following up via email, then you aren't doing your job, just that simpleyour time is precious!

The sales positions are hourly, but full-time, in office based in here in Santa Ana, with the ability to earn uncapped bonuses for closed deals, deals that we help to close. Prospecting warm and cold leads and even some old accounts, to pitch our regulatory compliance consulting services to food and beverage, dietary supplement, cosmetic and OTC companies (ingredient suppliers, manufacturers and brand owners). There is no shortage of companies or business to target throughout the US, we have all the contacts and process to follow and there is no shortage of consulting services to sell. No day or conversation is the same, and all sales training and resources to be successful is provided. If you pay attention, and challenge yourself, you'll be supported like no other and be able to develop a career in an industry, not just another job. If you are prone to giving excuses of why you can't be successful in a true sales role, can't handle rejection or used to blaming others or have poor self-discipline and work ethic, then don't apply. This is not a high pressure sales approach or sales tactics that we use, there are no slinging deals, or promising someone's dreams will come true - we aren't selling timeshares or dream vacations or other BS to trick anyone, we're here to help ensure the compliance and safety of the ingredient and finished products our client make/market to consumers like you and your family, here in the US. We work with many top high profile brands and companies as well as start ups - so strict confidentiality and adherence to industry standards as well as company standards is a must. We will define these clearly for you, so as not to violate.

This role is the entry basis for a future BD or Account Management position - all starting in the six figure realm, once you've earned it.

All training and resources are provided. The first three (3) months of your performance is critical to prove you have what it takes.

- $25/hr, plus bonuses for closed deals paid monthly, uncapped - Target Compensation is $102K at plan.

Prior phone sales experience is key - food/supplement or services industry preferred, but not required. Exceptional grammar and communication skills required. Required to work in-officeno remote options at the time. Ability to self-start and motivate, but collaborate with a very smart and technical team at your back.
