Assistant Manager - Retail Sales Electric Bike Shop

City Grounds is seeking an experienced retail sales manager to join our team and help build retail operations at the new showroom in Irvine, CA. The position offers a unique opportunity to develop a new sales channel from the ground up with potential for career growth and advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Perform sales duties and provide high level of service and quality to meet customer experience expectations.

- Develop sales and service training programs for associates.

- Maintain store merchandising and appropriate inventory levels.

- Maintain store appearance and display of merchandise.

- Ensure accuracy of all functions related to store operations, including system processes.

- Communicate regularly with management to provide relevant sales information and employee success and challenges.

Requirements:

- 3 years of retail or sales experience as a manager/assistant-manager.

- Genuine interest and passion for bicycles and electric bicycles (e-mobility).

- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, which may change seasonally and in response to location-specific business trends. Note, this position may require to work on weekends and holidays.
