Fitness Director Health Club

A1 Boxing Club is hiring a Fitness Director. Duties include Managing a staff of 8 coaches, sales training, client/coach accountability and program management. Experience in Personal Training management a must. LA Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness or comparable experience needed. Sales experience and Personal Training Cert needed as well. 50-60k base and personal training revenue can make this a 100k per year position. Salary can be negotiated. Company is expanding to 5 locations in next 36 months and this position will be centered around growth and promotion potential.
