Requirements for consideration:

Sales or customer service industry with sales ability

Experience Preferred but not required (leave the bad habits and I know everything mentality at the door)

Reliable Transportation with Valid Driver’s license

Ability to work legally in CA

Residing in CA

Responsibilities of the roll:

Educate homeowners on the benefit of going solar

Manage Pipeline of sales and customer touch points

Generate referrals from providing exceptional customer service (our customers love us and this is almost a given)

Always maintain positive attitude

Compensation

Annual Salary - $40,000

Commission: $50,000-$150,000 per year

Bonuses: (individual monthly performance and team monthly bonuses)

This package is easily $100,000-$200,000 per year
