Delinquency Coordinator/AP Assistant

Santa Ana Association Management Company is looking for a person who wants to be part of a team dedicated to improving the wellness of our clients. We have been a leader in the Association Management industry for over 40 years and are looking for the right motivated person who wants to grow with us. Must be a self-starter and able to work in a fast paced office.

Delinquency Coordinator:

Perform duties in line with association delinquency policies

Deal with filing of and recording liens

Communicate with homeowners and legal counsel

Accounts Payable Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience with invoices

Ability to learn software to create checks

Strong organizational skills

The ability to communicate effectively and professionally

The ability to meet deadlines
