Commercial landscape contractor is seeking a personable, professional, reliable, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or college courses and verifiable Accounting or Business experience. Prefer a career-oriented individual seeking the opportunity for growth and promotion.

Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

Professionally communicating with customers, employees, and vendors

Assist in processing work authorizations using Microsoft Word

Process and input customer A/R invoices and payments using MAS100

Process and input vendor A/P invoices into MAS100

Maintain and organize A/P files

Review vendor statements to ensure listed invoices have been received

The ideal candidate will possess:

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize as needed

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial data

Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Compensation starting at $25 to $37 hour depending on experience, with growth opportunities for those with a willingness to learn.
