CUSTOMER SERVICE

Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for a great customer service representative to provide excellent service to its customers and assist the agent in daily tasks. Be Fluent in English, Bilingual a plus (Farsi-Spanish)

Insurance license and experience is a plus but not mandatory

Job Summary:

Answering phone calls

Record customer information within our customer service database.

Be friendly and patient.

Have computer knowledge and Microsoft.

We provide Health insurance after 3 months of work.

Work address is in Laguna Hills. We will train. Excellent opportunities.

This is starting as part time till training is complete and then can changes to a full-time position.
