Sales Assistant / Inside Sales

Large retailer of quality wood doors seeking an Inside Sales / Sales Assistant with some technical experience in the building industry. Will assist with sales to homeowners, contractors, builders, and designers out of our design center showroom.

Ideal candidate will have some sales experience (preferably in the building material or millwork industry like Home Depot or Lowe's), ability to review technical specifications, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Some intermediate computer skills a plus so candidate can utilize Quickbooks to generate quotes and invoices. Should be available to work Saturdays, if scheduled.

Will also assist with general office administration for a very busy Sales office. Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answering a high volume of incoming calls, while providing excellent customer service.

Managing and Maintaining an organized filing system to track outstanding invoices and pending orders.

Receive payments, and working with Corporate Office Accounting Dept to ensure proper payment and collections of outstanding invoices.

Monday - Friday, overtime available on Saturday.

Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
