Assembly Aero- 2nd Shift (3pm-11:30) $17- rate -

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

We are hiring for our entry level aerospace wire harness assemblers, 4 months of training provided, starting at $17/hr then you go up to $18 after training with room to grow and make up to $20/hr plus bonuses.

Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

 Assemble electrical or electronic systems and support structures installing components, units, subassemblies, wiring, crimping, soldering, plugging stripping, routing, inspecting, and potting.

 Adjust, repair, or replace electrical or electronic component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications.

 Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports in order to determine materials requirements and assembly instructions.

 Support other co-workers by explaining assembly procedures or techniques

 Set up and maintain a clean working environment at all times

 Maintain good communication with the Manager of issues that arise during shift period.

 Understand and follow all safety policies, codes, and procedures

 Performs other related duties as assigned.
