CNC Machinists 1st-2nd Shift & Precision Deburr/Finishing Technician

Alva Manufacturing is a fast-growing Aerospace Machine Shop located in city of Placentia currently supplying parts to Boeing Defense, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, and Raytheon. We utilize the most latest CNC machining technologies including 5-axis Milling, Multi-Axis Turning, and Automated-Pallet Changing systems. Most of the products that we build here are flying to Space and to Mars. You can expect a family, true teamwork environment and a lot of room to grow and challenge yourselves. We recently added more CNC equipment and currently are looking for additional team members to grow.

We have two facilities, located in city of Placentia and Garden Grove. We are looking for additional team players to support the following roles:

- CNC Mill Machinists, 1st & 2nd shift

- Precision Deburring/Finishing Technician

1st shift: 7-3:30pm

2nd shift: 3:15-11:45pm

Following are the requirements for each position:

CNC MILL MACHINISTS: (1st&2nd shift)

- Must be familiar with Fanuc and Haas Control

- Must have experience in working with Aerospace parts requirement

- Have good understanding of GD&T

- Must be able to do own setup with minimal instructions

- Must be able to inspect own parts before submitting to Quality Inspection

- Experience with machining different material including Aluminum, Titanium, Stainless Steel

DEBURRING/FINISHING TECHNICIAN:

- Must be proficient using variety of hand tools such as grinder, benching wheel, deburring knives

- Must be able to read and interpret drawings

- Must be able to work on tight tolerance parts with high surface finish

- Familiar with different type of material including Titanium, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum.
