Realestate Attorney

I’m looking for a Realestate Attorney that is interested in fighting the city of San Juan Capistrano and my litigious neighbor about land that I believe is mine however I’ve went through two attorneys that don’t want to get involved with municipalities. I’m looking for a partner to fight for the land that I think is mine and exchange for 1/4 of the land that we acquire.
