Experienced Water Damage Technician Needed

24/7 Restoration is looking for an experienced water damage technician to join our team. We’re a small restoration company working throughout Orange County handling water damage and mold-related cleanup.

Applicants must currently live in Orange County, CA.

If you’ve worked real water damage jobs, know how to run equipment, and understand proper dry-out procedures, we want to talk.

What you’ll be doing:

Water damage mitigation and dry-out work

Setting, monitoring, and removing drying equipment

Taking moisture readings and documenting progress

Assisting with or running jobs depending on experience

Communicating professionally with homeowners and property managers

Following IICRC standards and company procedures

What we’re looking for:

Prior water damage/restoration experience (not entry-level)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

IICRC WRT certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation:

Top pay based on experience

Overtime opportunities when available
