Brick, Foundation & Concrete Repair Project (Approval approx. $2800)

We are looking for licensed general contractors/ masonry who can pull and close permits for a project in La Habra, CA 90631 that needs -

Exterior masonry and concrete repairs including rebuilding a damaged brick porch corner, repointing the brick foundation, repairing cracked exterior walls and stairs, and repairing cracks throughout the driveway and paint the repaired wall.

THE PRICE IS ALL INCLUSIVE. NO DOWN PAYMENT. THE CONTRACTOR NEEDS TO BE INSURED. NEED DOCUMENTATION COMPLETED PRIOR TO STARTING WORK.

Vendor must provide the before, during, and after photos as well as the measurement photos of all the Square, Square footage and linear footage mentioned in the scope in PPW (Property Pres Wizard) app.

Payment:

After getting approved for each job and subsequent assignment and completion and getting the required completion photos, payment will be made within 48 hours after the inspection by the code officer. Our payment is made via Banks/check.
