Full Time Janitorial/Maintenance

Groundskeeping if the facility contains lawns or other outdoor areas

Sweep parking areas as needed with hand blower.

Remove trash from receptacles and replace trash liners, wipe trash can lids

Spot clean all spills/ messes on sidewalks

operate hand held blower for sweeping services

Physical strength and dexterity to lift, move and handle equipment

Stamina to deal with long hours standing or walking

Strong verbal and written communication for discussing maintenance issues

Ability to work in extreme hot or cold conditions

Organizational and time management skills

Job Outline:

Janitorial mainly perform comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of public areas within facilities.

Job Requirements:

Mandatory Minimum of 2 year's experience

Dependable and Flexible

Good Communication Skills

Have an Open Schedule -Open to work Weekends

Able to lift 30 lbs.
