Apartment Maintenance Person

Looking for an experienced apartment maintenance / handyman person for properties located in the City of Costa Mesa

Duties include but not limited to :

Light plumbing ( snaking lines, repairing garbage disposals, shower valves), light electrical, paint, irrigation ( sprinkler system). Unit Turnovers ( with a team ). Property Rounds ( Daily when there is no maintenance/ repair requests).Additional tasks as necessary to ensure properties are maintained.

Qualifications :

DL & car insurance. Your own truck

Have some of your own tools

3 years plus of maintenance experience

Self motivated/ Ability to work alone or with a team

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00 pm. Full Time with breaks and 1 hour lunch
