Construction Laborer

Job Description:

We’re currently hiring an entry level construction laborer with jobsite experience to work out of our Orange County office. The Skilled Laborer plays a vital role in supporting various construction and renovation tasks. This entry-level position focuses on maintaining high productivity levels while ensuring a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to team success. Basic tool safety and knowledge is required. Bonus if already skilled in trades: stucco, painting, drywall, etc.

Various jobsites throughout Orange County.

Job Responsibilities:

Jobsite preparation for construction demo.

Framing assistance.

Plumbing assistance.

Carpentry assistance.

General Labor – performing various tasks such as cleaning up job site, material handling.

Requirements:

Productivity: Actively engaged in tasks, maintaining consistent productivity without idle time. (No standing around watching unless engaged in active listening/training)

Organization: Responsible for the maintenance and organization of tools and cleanliness of workspaces and job site.

Efficiency: Completes assigned tasks on time and with a high level of efficiency and quality.

Able to take direction from jobsite Superintendent with positive attitude.

Valid driver’s license.

Legal to work in the United States.
