EXPERIENCED HANDYMAN

GMP is seeking a multitalented, experienced handyman to service multiple properties. The skills required to be successful in this position include HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance and repair. The handyman must be able to adapt to different environments and be able to diagnose and resolve issues timely and efficiently, source vendors for parts and equipment, obtain bids/quotes and negotiate pricing.

Salary: $20-$23 (DOE) / Med/Dental/401K/Sick/Vacation

Schedule: Varied M-F (overtime as required)
