Must have knowledge of Yardi. Porter work is part of your day to day tasks.

Candidates must have minimum 1 year of building maintenance and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall. Apartment Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wooden floors. Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches.
