30 - Renovation Technician Openings

Job Description:

These positions will be working in teams of 2 renovating vacant apartments. Some of the tasks they will be performing will be basic plumbing including changing faucets and shower heads out, basic electrical work installing ceiling fans, basic carpentry installing baseboards and door casings, basic drywall patching holes and sometimes changing out sections of drywall.

Job site location: 75 Sites all over Orange/Riverside County

Nailgun

Work Environment:

1st shift M-F 7:45AM-4:30PM (40 Hours Guaranteed)

Pay Rate:

$20-$22 (Depending on experience and interview)
