Overview: Homewatch CareGivers of Mission Viejo is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including seniors and individuals with disabilities. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Hourly Wage: based on the assigned client(s) needs, and experience ($19-$22)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist clients with daily activities, dressing (as needed), grooming (as needed), and mobility.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.

Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.

Medication reminders

Help with light housekeeping, including laundry and cleaning, to maintain a safe and tidy environment.

Escort clients to appointments, social activities, and errands as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old

Must have 6+ months of verifiable professional experience in the field, or schooling, and/or training course.

Ability to pass a background check and reference check.

Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a desire to help others.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel in the Homewatch Caregivers of Mission Viejo area (Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Aliso Niguel and surrounding areas).
