Live-In Team/Couple Needed - Luxury 6-Bed RCFE

Job description:

We are seeking a caring and dependable live-in caregiver team to support residents in our licensed 6-bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE). Our home offers a peaceful, high-end environment where seniors receive personalized care, stability, and genuine connection.

This is a full-time live-in position (5 consecutive days on / 2 days off). You will have private upstairs living quarters with full amenities. Meals, utilities, and internet are included. You are not required to leave the home on your days off.

THE LIVING ARRANGEMENT

- Private Quarters: You will have your own private upstairs living quarters with full amenities.

- All-Inclusive: All meals, utilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi are included.

- Days Off: You are not required to leave the home on your 2 days off—this is your home, too.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

- Provide medication assistance and reminders in accordance with Title 22

- Prepare and serve meals according to resident preferences and dietary needs

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized household environment

- Provide companionship, emotional support, and resident engagement

- Lead and participate in activities, social engagement, and life enrichment programs (puzzles, walks, music, crafts, gentle exercises, outings, etc.)

- Perform laundry, light housekeeping, and general household tasks

- Document care and follow all RCFE and Title 22 guidelines

- Communicate effectively with management, residents, families, and care team.

- Demonstrate a warm, hospitality-driven approach to care and service

Requirements

- Authorized to work in the United States (required)

- Must pass LiveScan background check, TB test, and health screening (required)

- Experience in an RCFE, home care, or caregiving setting (1–2 years preferred)

- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility/transfer support

- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

- Caregiver couples/teams strongly preferred due to the live-in model and coverage needs

Compensation

$16.50/hour plus guaranteed overtime ($180-$220 per day)
