Front Office Coordinator / Medical Assistant (Podiatry Office)

Part-Time | Fountain Valley, CA | Potential for Full-Time

We are a friendly, patient-centered podiatry practice looking for a dependable and compassionate team member to join our office. If you enjoy helping people, are a great communicator, and thrive in a supportive medical environment, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and care

Welcome and room patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to

Check patients in/out and process payments accurately

Assist with insurance verifications and authorizations (experience a plus)

Communicate with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and office policies

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front office environment

Support the doctor and team with administrative and clinical tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

Spanish speaking required — must be comfortable communicating with patients in both English and Spanish

Basic knowledge of medical insurance plans and authorizations

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a friendly personality

Comfortable working with patients of all ages

Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy medical office

Prior medical office or podiatry experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

Schedule & Growth
